Tables and chairs will be available to rent if needed.

 

HOW WILL RESTAURANTS BE PAID?

Since all sales are by ticket only, vendors will “redeem” their tickets with the Taste of the Mid South 3 to 5 days after the event ends to determine gross sales.  After all deductions have been taken, ABetterMemphis.com will cut a check to the restaurant/vendor no later than 10 working days after that redemption date. Checks can be picked up at the Taste of the Mid South or mailed upon request.

 

COSTS OF PARTICIPATING...

The total participation fee is $300.00 payable to Taste of the Mid South at the time of application filing.  Once all Taste of the Mid South gross ticket sales have been calculated the following will occur:

 

  • 14% commission will be deducted from sales net of taxes
  • 1% donation to the an organization addressing childhood obesity
